Disable Conversation View in Outlook On The Web (Webmail)

  1. Sign into your email account
  2. Click Settings and then Display Settings
  3. Under Reading Pane, select Show Reading Pane at Bottom and click OK
  4. Return to your inbox
  5. Select Filter > View as > and select Messages. Conversation view is now off.
